MorphoMaker download:

Mac OS X 64-bit

Linux 64-bit

Requirements:
- Mac: OS X 10.6 or later.
- Linux: Ubuntu 14.04 or later. Some models require 32bit binary support (e.g. ia32-libs or lib32z1).
- All platforms: OpenGL 3.0 or higher.

Instructions:

The program opens with default parameters set for each model. General RD is a classical Gierer-Meinhardt reaction-diffusion simulation, FungiHexa a simulation of fungiform papillae patterning in mouse tongue and Triconodont/Tribosphenic simulations of simple tooth shapes (see references below).

Model parameters for generating the complex patterns in the EED 2014 poster can be downloaded from here.

FAQ

Q: The program crashes in Mac OS X with "You can't open the application "MorphoMaker X" because it may be damaged or incomplete.".
